This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have when you visit our website at pro-collision.net (the "Site"), contact us, request an estimate, or otherwise interact with our services, including through forms on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information.

1. Who We Are

Pro Collision Center is an auto body and collision repair business serving the Sacramento, California area, with locations in Sacramento Northeast,, and Shingle Springs. We provide collision repair, bodywork and paint services, frame straightening, dent and scratch repair, refinishing, and related services.

Information You Provide to Us

We collect the information you choose to provide when you fill out a contact or estimate-request form on our Site, submit a lead form through one of our Facebook or Instagram advertisements, call or message us, or email us. This may include:

  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Information about your vehicle and the repair or service you are requesting
  • Whether you are filing an insurance claim or paying directly
  • The content of messages, inquiries, or reviews you send us

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and deliver and measure advertising.

In particular, our Site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., which collects information about your activity on our Site (such as pages viewed and actions taken) and shares it with Meta so we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising and reach relevant audiences on Facebook and Instagram.

You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. However, some parts of the Site may not function properly without them. For advertising-related controls, see Section 6.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share it in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. Vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, form processing, customer communication, scheduling, and analytics.
  • Advertising and analytics partners. Platforms such as Meta Platforms, Inc., to deliver and measure advertising. Some of this may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law (see Section 7).
  • Legal and safety. When necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pro Collision Center, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
  • With your consent. For any other purpose disclosed to you and with your consent.

6. Advertising and Analytics Choices

We use Meta lead ads and the Meta Pixel to advertise our services and measure results. You have choices about how your information is used for advertising:

  • Review and adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings, including "Ad Preferences" and "Off-Facebook Activity"
  • Opt out of interest-based advertising via the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org)
  • Use your browser and device settings to limit cookies and ad tracking

Opting out does not mean you will stop seeing advertising; it means the ads you see may be less relevant.

7. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the following rights:

  • Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we share it with

  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of your privacy rights

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12, or submit a request marked "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." We will verify your request by confirming information we already maintain about you. You may also use an authorized agent, subject to verification.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide our services, respond to inquiries, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the personal information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
